Description

It even consists of parts about the Earth's environment, from the classification of animals and plants to the relationship between humans and animals and the relationship with the environment. The illustrations and cartoon content are witty and interesting, making you think about the abundance of animals and the Earth's environment. English summaries are included throughout the book, and solutions to animal-related problems and animal-related word solutions are also included.

As problems caused by environmental changes become greater, the problem of food will emerge as a major challenge for humanity. It provides knowledge about animals and the animal world, as well as an opportunity to know and feel how animals are inextricably linked to the survival of mankind and the environment.

* If you want to live, adapt to the environment
The theory of evolution is based on the theory of natural selection, which states that ‘living things change their bodies to suit their environment.’
For example, the giraffe's neck did not become longer to eat leaves hanging from high places, but its neck gradually became longer as it ate leaves to avoid competition for food. In the past, the ancestors of whales were land mammals called 'Mesonychids'. How did land animals transform into water-dwelling animals?
Long ago, whale ancestors would have had difficulty finding food on land. Or maybe they were busy running away because there were so many natural enemies. In order to survive, they would have had to find new food or a place to hide. Then I learned that water is a safe place. While our whale ancestors lived near the water, their bodies began to change little by little. At first, the snout grew so that it could catch and eat fish, and later its front legs and tail changed to the shape of fins that allowed it to swim.

*Animals representing the desert
The desert is hot during the day and drops in temperature at night. This is because sand quickly stores solar heat during the day, but easily loses it at night. So there is a large daily temperature difference between day and night.
Camels are the animals best adapted to hot deserts. I can survive without drinking water for 15 days. This is because lumps of moist fat can accumulate in the hump on their back. And the wide feet that do not sink into the sand and the long eyebrows that block the sand wind made the camel a sentinel of the desert.
Desert animals are mostly nocturnal, active at night to avoid the heat of the hot sand. Scorpions hide under stones during the day. Lizards and desert foxes wait for the night in holes in the sand. In particular, desert foxes have greatly developed ears due to the influence of climate. When the body temperature rises in heat exceeding 40 degrees, it sends heat through its large ears to lower the body temperature. The desert fox's ears are covered with thread-like veins, making it easy to regulate temperature.
