The breads in "Bread Barber Shop" all resemble us. They form a society called Bakery Town and play their respective roles within it. They strive to overcome their innate flaws, work to earn money, and do their best to fulfill their roles wherever they are. Perhaps that is why we can empathize with these cute characters—such as the various shapes of bread, milk, sausages, and cheese—that are likely to be found in a bakery.
Barber Bread, who seems to be solely interested in making money and acts arrogant without thinking twice, yet secretly tries his best to help the poor breads he sees. Wilk, who appears to be a clumsy, mistake-prone troublemaker but makes the other characters shine with his unique brightness. Choco, a charming girl crush who looks indifferent about everything but is sharp when it comes to her work and constantly strives for self-improvement. And the Hardtack Boy, who boldly issues a challenge to the towering and formidable Barber Bread to save his father's barbershop. The characters in Bread Town are full of their own unique charms. Surely, the children reading this book will be able to discover those charms as well?
