The 7th volume of the “Jiwon and Byeongkwan” series, “Eating Story,” depicts vivid episodes from children’s daily lives in a fun way. This book is about a mother who is always thinking about 'what should I eat today?', Byeong-gwan who can't easily decide what to choose from the snack section of the supermarket, and Ji-won, who doesn't eat vegetables often, and how to eat vegetables deliciously for his daughter. It is a picture book depicting the story of Jiwon's family related to eating, including the father who does it. Rather than being picky eaters, we eat vegetables together, sometimes share food preparation and dishwashing, and if possible, look for ways to eat deliciously, so we share what happens and worries surrounding food in our daily lives. It parodies Botero's paintings, which express a unique sense of humor by exaggerating the characters, and captures the children's emotions through various movements and facial expressions.
