[Howl's Moving Castle] Volume 2, like Volume 1, takes as its theme a love story that bloomed during war. It is quite different from the first book from the beginning, including a flying carpet, the desert thief Kabul Ackbar, a spirit trapped in a small bottle, Black Night, a cat that grows enormously when angry, Hathruel, a demon god with huge wings and powerful magic, and a castle floating in the air.
