아이북파크를 이용해 주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 구매하신 도서에 대해 만족스럽지 못한 부분이 있으실 경우, 정해진 규정에 따라 교환 또는 전액 환불을 진행해 드립니다.

1. 반품 신청 기간 및 조건

• 모든 반품은 구매일로부터 14일 이내에 우체국 소인(Postmark)이 찍혀 발송되어야 합니다.
• 반품되는 모든 상품은 사용하지 않은 새 상품 상태여야 하며, 정품 태그 및 라벨이 온전히 부착되어 있어야 합니다.
• 반품 수수료 (Restocking Fee): 고객 변심으로 인한 모든 일반 반품 건에는 20%의 재입고 수수료가 부과됩니다.

2. 반품 접수 및 발송 절차 (RMA)

상품을 반송하시기 전, 반드시 고객센터(info@ibookpark.com)로 문의하시어 반품 승인 번호(RMA #)를 발급받으셔야 합니다.

3. 검수 및 환불 진행

• 반품 상품이 물류 센터에 도착한 후 상품 상태 검수를 거쳐 교환 또는 환불이 진행됩니다. (도착 후 최소 7일 소요)
• 카드사 사정에 따라 결제 취소 내역이 청구서에 반영되기까지 1~2 결제 주기(Billing Cycles)가 소요될 수 있습니다.
• 반품 처리가 완료되면 이메일로 안내 메일을 발송해 드립니다.

4. 반품 및 교환 불가 항목 (Exceptions)

• 고객님의 부주의나 귀책사유로 인해 상품이 분실되거나 훼손·파손된 경우
• 상품을 이미 사용하였거나 개봉하여 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우
• 고객 맞춤 주문 도서 및 특별 제작 상품
• 시간 경과에 따라 가치가 감소하는 상품 (다이어리, 캘린더, 잡지 등)
• 부록 및 사은품 (단, 본품 자체의 불량/파손 건은 교환 및 환불 가능)
• 세트 상품 겉박스 안내: 세트 도서는 배송 과정에서 겉박스를 제거하고 내용물 본품 위주로 배송될 수 있으며, 겉박스의 경미한 파손은 교환 및 환불 사유가 되지 않습니다.

5. 불량/파손 도서 문의

수령하신 도서에 인쇄 불량, 제본 불량, 배송 중 중대한 파손이 있는 경우 즉시 고객센터로 사진과 함께 문의해 주시면 신속하게 교환 및 환불을 처리해 드립니다.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. Returns & Conditions

• All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@ibookpark.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
• Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
• We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

4. Return Exceptions

• Item(s) are lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility.
• Item(s) that have been used by the customer or its packaging has been opened.
• Item(s) customized to order according to the customer’s request.
• Item(s) that lose value over time, such as diaries, magazines, etc.
• Item(s) provided as a supplement or bonus.
• Outer Box Notice: The outer box of set products may be removed at the delivery stage. Damage to the outer packaging box is not considered a reason for exchange or refund.
