🇰🇷 서비스 이용약관 (Terms of Service)

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 아이북파크(www.ibookpark.com, 이하 "몰")가 제공하는 인터넷 전자상거래 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 "몰"의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)
1. "몰"이란 아이북파크가 재화 또는 용역을 이용자에게 제공하기 위하여 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비를 이용하여 설정한 가상의 영업장을 말합니다.
2. "이용자"란 "몰"에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 명시와 개정)
"몰"은 본 약관의 내용을 이용자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 사이트에 게시하며, 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정 시 적용일자 7일 전(불리한 변경 시 30일 전)에 공지합니다.

제4조 (서비스 제공 및 대금 결제)
1. "몰"은 도서 및 상품에 대한 정보 제공, 구매 계약 체결 및 배송 업무를 수행합니다.
2. 대금 결제는 신용카드, 직불카드, 선불카드, Gift Card, Zelle, 쇼핑몰 적립금(Store Credit) 등 "몰"이 지정한 결제 수단을 통해 가능합니다.

제5조 (적립금/Store Credit 운영)
1. 적립금은 1포인트당 1센트($0.01)로 환산되어 상품 결제 시 사용 가능하며, 현금으로 환급되거나 타인에게 양도되지 않습니다.
2. 적립금의 유효기간은 적립일로부터 24개월이며, 유효기간 경과 시 사전 통보 없이 자동 소멸됩니다.
3. 부정한 방법으로 적립금을 취득하거나 회원 탈퇴 시 적립금은 즉시 회수 및 소멸됩니다.

제6조 (배송 및 계약 이행)
"몰"은 결제 완료 후 영업일 기준 2영업일 이내에 출고 준비를 진행하며, 상품 품절 등의 사유로 인도가 불가능할 경우 지체 없이 사유를 통지하고 2영업일 이내에 환급 조치합니다.

제7조 (반품, 교환 및 환불 - Return Policy)
1. 청약철회 기간: 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내 사전 승인을 받은 경우에 한해 반품이 가능합니다. (포장 및 구성품이 완벽한 새 상품 상태 유지 필수)
2. 단순 변심 수수료: 고객 단순 변심으로 인한 반품 시, 상품 회수 및 검수 후 구매 금액의 20%를 차감(Restocking Fee)한 나머지 80%가 환불됩니다.
3. 배송비 부담: 단순 변심 반품 시 발생하는 왕복 배송비는 고객 부담이며, 상품 오배송 및 파손 시에는 "몰"이 부담합니다.
4. 반품 불가: 고객 부주의로 인한 상품 훼손, 비닐 포장 개봉, 사용 흔적, 복제 가능한 도서의 원본 훼손 시 반품이 불가합니다.

제8조 (개인정보보호 및 지적재산권)
"몰"은 주문 처리를 위한 최소한의 개인정보만을 수집·보호하며, 사이트 내 모든 저작물에 대한 저작권 및 지적재산권은 아이북파크에 귀속됩니다.

제9조 (준거법 및 재판관할)
"몰"과 이용자 간에 발생한 전자상거래 분쟁에 대해서는 미국 법(U.S. Law)을 적용하며, 관할 법원의 통상 관할에 따릅니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between IBOOKPARK (www.ibookpark.com, hereinafter "Mall") and users regarding the use of e-commerce services provided by the Mall.

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Mall" refers to the virtual marketplace operated by IBOOKPARK to provide goods and services via electronic communications.
2. "User" refers to registered members and non-members who access the Mall and use its services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Services & Payment Methods)
1. The Mall provides product information, order execution, and delivery services.
2. Payments may be made via Credit/Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, Zelle, and Store Credit.

Article 4 (Store Credit & Reward Points)
1. Store credit is converted at 1 point = 1 cent ($0.01) and can be applied toward purchases. Points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Store points are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Expired points will lapse automatically without prior notice or compensation.
3. Points obtained fraudulently will be cancelled immediately upon discovery.

Article 5 (Return & Refund Policy)
1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt with prior authorization. Products must remain in pristine, unopened original condition.
2. Restocking Fee: For customer remorse / discretionary returns, an 80% refund of the purchase price will be issued after deducting a 20% restocking fee following warehouse inspection.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns. The Mall covers shipping fees for defective or incorrectly fulfilled items.
4. Non-Returnable: Items with customer damage, broken shrink-wrap, missing contents, or unsealed duplicable materials cannot be returned.

Article 6 (Privacy & Intellectual Property)
The Mall collects only essential personal information required for order fulfillment and safeguards it strictly. All contents, graphics, and intellectual property on this website belong exclusively to IBOOKPARK.

Article 7 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms and any disputes arising between the Mall and users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable jurisdiction.
