Seeing this, I thought I would like to publish a children's book or a young adult book for children when they were young. So, if I had to publish just one children's book, I wanted it to be a book that could teach children about brain science that can understand our minds.
We never really learn about brain science until we graduate from high school. However, when it comes to understanding who I am, why my friends I like act the way they do, the neighbors we live with, and why our society works the way it does, brain science provides a very important clue to understanding. Therefore, if you teach brain science to children from an early age, they will be able to manage their emotions well and deepen their understanding of why their friends behave the way they do. So, 'I hope we can teach brain science to children in a very fun and interesting way.' With this thought in mind, I started planning this book.

In fact, most of the concerns children have when they are young can be answered by understanding the brain well.
‘Why do I feel this way at times like this? Why do I sometimes fight with someone, can't control my impulses, and sometimes want to do things I'm told not to do? Why does that friend act like that? 'Why do our parents tell us this?'
Most of the questions we have when we are young can be explained by explaining to children the mind and the brain, the vessel that contains the mind. So, I think the Human Inquiry Report is a jukebox for the curiosity and questions we are really curious about. It's a jukebox where if you put your usual questions into a book, great answers will pop out through brain science. So, children also think, 'Brain science is not a difficult subject, but rather a map to understanding myself and my friends.' I hope you accept it this way.

Everyone is sensitive to their appearance. Actually, I think it's so obvious, but it's also really amazing, because to our eyes, the faces of monkeys and gorillas all look similar. However, among them, they will carefully understand which monkey is cooler and cooler, and they will compare and compete with each other. So do we. If you look at it from an alien's perspective, you might be surprised why people compare and obsess so much about who is prettier and who looks nicer, even though they have similar eyes, noses, and mouths. Of course, it can lead us to become too look-oriented, but in the process, we can also delicately read other people's emotions and understand them through facial expressions. It seems that everything is contained in our appearance. So, I thought it would be good for children to understand why humans are so obsessed with appearances and how feelings of understanding each other arise, so I boldly made appearance, which is something that children would be very interested in, the subject of Volume 1. I took it.
Volumes 2 and 3 deal with ‘memory’ and ‘emotion’ respectively. In fact, it's the factor we're most curious about about ourselves. Who we are interested in and who we fall in love with are very interesting things. So, the story begins with appearances, but the story continues to cover the many complex and diverse aspects of human beings. You can look forward to more interesting stories in the future.
