Our country's national flag is the proud Taegeukgi. However, it seems a bit complicated and difficult compared to other countries' flags. For example, the French flag, with its blue, red, and white stripes; the Finnish flag, with its white background and blue lines; or our neighboring country, Japan, with its white background and only a red circle. The Taegeukgi has a white background, a red and blue circle in the center, and four black bars at the corners. And the number of bars varies from one country to the next.
