WHAT IS MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer STANDARD shipping on orders. We apply the shipping rate as indicated on the product page of www.ibookpark.com in our shipping policy.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is shipped from our shipping station in Los Angeles, we will send you an email with tracking information. The cost of return and reshipment due to incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. (Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address)
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- 'BUSSINESS DAYS' are based on the United States, and delivery may be delayed from the indicated date if Korean holidays are included in the delivery period.
- For HI and AK, Standard Shipping may take up to 3 to 5 weeks depending on the circumstances of the shipping carrier (USPS-Media Mail).
- The expected delivery date is not a guaranteed date and may change without notice depending on the circumstances of the distributor/delivery company.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
- Some shipping methods may be restricted for orders placed in P.O. box.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Item(s) are lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
- Item(s) that have been used by the customer or its packaging has been opened
- Item(s) customized to order according to the customer's request
- Item(s) that lose value over time, such as diaries, magazines, etc.
- Item(s) are provided as supplement or bonus
- Item(s) are fine but whose supplement or bonus are damaged
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- The outer box of the set product is removed at the delivery stage and only the product is sent, and even if the outer box is received, damage to the outer box is not a reason for exchange or refund.
- When the returned product arrives at us, the refund will be processed after checking that there is no damage to the product. Credit may be limited depending on whether the product is damaged.
