This English-language storybook brings together beloved Korean folk tales, beautifully paired with the richly Korean-style illustrations of Dong-sung Kim. About the Book
From time immemorial, folk tales and stories have delighted children everywhere. Children are happiest when they are listening to stories as they drift off to sleep, living those stories again in their dreams. Sometimes the stories make them feel happy, sometimes sad, weak or strong, scared or brave — but most of all, the stories help them grow. Children who read many stories learn how to behave, and more importantly, how to dream, how to make their dreams come true, and how to sympathize with others. In these twenty wonderful stories, you will meet old, familiar friends.
